Katja Podsiadly

Katja, our Executive Producer, has tons of experience with organizational leadership, fundraising, and budget management. During the day she is an aerospace engineer, with 5+ years of experience at Lockheed Martin and 3 months of experience at Raytheon Technologies. In 2024, she led 20+ engineers toward a successful Critical Design Review to receive a program milestone payment, and managed a $2M internal Software Research & Development budget. She also acted as President of Gravity for several years, a Lockheed Martin employee resource group, organizing social and professional development events for 700+ employees, both in person and virtual. A monument of a human, Katja is a force of nature for whom no amount of responsibility is too high and no amount of trust is unwarranted. Her strategic ability and business acumen are prodigious, and a startup with her at the helm is worth betting on.
